Rachael is an experienced workplace wellbeing consultant, coach, and facilitator with a passion for helping people thrive at work and beyond. With expertise in mental health, resilience, sustainable performance, and sleep, she has supported organisations across a variety of sectors to develop healthier, more productive workplace cultures. Rachael is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and combines evidence-based practice with practical, engaging learning experiences.
