Understanding and Supporting Neurodiversity

This session covers the fundamentals of Neurodiversity and what is encompassed including language used, the addressing of stereotypes and how to create neuro-inclusive, strength focused environments. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how neurodivergence can present differently in individuals.

Supporting Neurodiversity in Workplaces (Recruitment and Retention)

This is in addition to the ‘Understanding and Supporting Neurodiversity’ session. It aims to focus on the application of this knowledge to the workplace/recruitment process, in order to achieve more neuro inclusion as an organisation for prospective and existing employees.
