Alexis has 20 years’ experience of working in the health sector, including board level experience, and has taken the lead in developing senior teams to improve performance, locally, regionally and nationally. Prior to working as a coach, Alexis held various positions in the NHS ranging from Head of Communications to Organisational Development Lead.
