Session

Neurology / Brain & Nervous System

This session explores how sound influences brain activity and neurological responses linked to stress, focus and emotional wellbeing. Participants are given a brief, accessible introduction to how the brain processes sound and how this can support calm and mental clarity. This is followed by an extended sound bath, where layered sound frequencies support neurological settling and regulation, without verbal guidance. A short closing reflection offers simple, practical insight into how these neurological responses can be supported beyond the session.
