This workshop explores how neurodiverse conditions often present differently in women and girls and why these differences are frequently overlooked or misunderstood. Participants will gain insight into the unique ways conditions such as autism and ADHD may manifest through masking, internalised traits, and socially conditioned behaviours. By highlighting female-presenting experiences, the session aims to challenge traditional diagnostic narratives, increase awareness, and support more accurate identification, understanding, and inclusion so that workplaces can build more nuanced and gender-informed approaches to neurodiversity.
